hi i am on a journey to love being alive. i anticipate this website to talk about my life in a visceral and very vulnerable way so if you aren't in the place to engage with content such as

domestic, family and sexual abuse
self harm and suicide ideation
societal and mental struggles in relation to neurodivergency/disability

this website probably wont be an easy read so use your own discretion if you continue to engage w/ my journal. i have a very difficult time being honest with others, so i hope to use this place to embolden me to start talking about myself in a completely unfiltered way.
